ROFL!! "Easy to setup the phone". Then why am I in agony over here??

Ok, I admit, it's because I've only dealt with the iOS operating system before (iPhones). Android is like Greek -- no, Chinese -- to me.

Backing up a bit: you mentioned marking apps so they wouldn't ever show up in the drawer. Well, I accidentally touched the NFL mobile app, which I will never ever want to use, in order to find that switch. Now it's on my drawer (I take it that's a drawer; it looks like a home screen to me) and I can't make it go away! Help Ms Wizard!

And (2) how would I get Amazon's Prime Music app to get here? I tried to search for it in the "Play Store" and it just quits as soon as I reach the third character I type in. Oh, and the Audible app too please.

And after that, how would I connect it to my computer to download mp3s?

[i did get my micro SD card in OK. I am grateful for the hint about removing the ring before using the blue cover! However I don't like it that much, so I'll skip it, now that I removed the ring once for the SD card.]
