The Australian public domain edition was translated in, in think, the 1930s by James Murphy, who died in 1946; hence both author and translator having died before 1955, the book is in the public domain in Oz.

It's on Gutenberg Australia. I am told that Vol 1 is all but unreadable to normal human beings, being the tirade and rant part, but Vol 2, which sets out Hitler's plans for the future in some detail, is chilling, because he did what he said he was going to do.
