This book seems very familiar. I am almost sure that someone else or I posted this freebie the last Christmas season. So, before downloading it now you might want to check your hard drive or wherever to see if you already have it.

The book is Figgy Pudding: Stollen and Tamales. It is a 31 page booklet of international recipes for the Christmas season along with the stories that go with them. It is provided courtesy of an outfit called Knowledge Quest.

The recipes sound wonderful, and the beautiful photos make the dishes even more appetizing.

Not persuaded yet? Here's a list of food items with recipes in the book:
Tamales of Mexico (Simple Recipe)
Tamales of Mexico (Traditional Recipe)
Pavlova of New Zealand
Figgy Pudding of the UK
Baked Apples of Sweden
Rice Pudding of Sweden
Beurrée de Crème of Quebec, Canada
Sorrel Punch of Jamaica
Panforte of Italy
Yorkshire Pudding of the UK
Babinka of the Philippines
Lebkuchen of Germany
Kringle of Denmark
Santa Lucia Bread of Sweden
Stollen of Germany

Here's the direct link to the ebook, which ebook is in pdf format.
