It is a singularly pointless exercise to come to a Kindle forum and start declaiming your dislike for Amazon. Fine, anyone is entitled to hold any opinion that they wish, and if someone doesn't like Amazon, then that's absolutely fine. Such arguments, though, are extremely unlikely to change anyone's mind, and even less likely to change Amazon's policies, so it's really a complete waste of time. The only sensible advice anyone can offer is "if you don't like Amazon, buy something else". I don't know what this person hopes to achieve, and he seems either unable or unwilling to say.
