Out here even if people have both hands on the wheel, they will still pull out in front of you.
Now the last accident I was in, the driver did have both hands on the wheel. A wind gust caught the travel trailer we were pulling. Luckily he managed to get it off the road before the travel left the trailer. No one was hurt.
