Yes.
That is the device and the hook-up to use, for the PW-2.
Important!
That picture shows the option jumpers
not set for 1v8 interface, although it does show the reference voltage input hooked up.
That photo was originally posted at this site and the text of the post mentioned that the jumpers where not set properly when the photo was taken.
For the connections shown -
Remove jumper J2 -
Add jumper J3 -
