two quick questions:
1. Where does the development of this plugin happen? Do you have a GitHub repo for it? (From a quick search, it seems to me the answer is negative.)
2. If not, would you mind creating one? I would like to provide some code to handle EPUB3 Media Overlays, and using GitHub is handy. (Alternatively, I could create a repo and/or a "fork", but it does not feel right to me, as you provided most of the code.)
