Sorry, but I don't even read anything with the stock software, much less make any notes there. Notetaking is a feature often called for at the KOReader project Github pages, but its not there yet. There is an "Evernote" plugin that works to send your highlights to the cloud. There is also a utility to extract highlights from a book, in the KOReader history, to your PC.
