What it sounds like, is that your K4iOS app is "hanging" (freezing, pausing) for a few seconds, as it transforms your AZK file into a KCR file. Something is erroring, so the book never appears in your K4iOS library.

There is a way to view the error logs, depending on your iOS version (though I didn't find them all that helpful). And you can always try doing a search for U+2028 and U+2029. Otherwise, you may have to procedurally remove content from the book until you find the cause.
