Excellent choices!
Small Gods especially, is a completely standalone read, in addition to being one of his very best, and incidentally a book with a very deep message -- optional, this. But some people like that kind of thing.

After you've read some of his other books, and won't be thrown off by the fact that they appear to be written by someone totally different, and with a different sense of humor.
That being said, I did enjoy the first two books as well, but it's a totally different type of story. And not necessarily one that appeals to
everyone who enjoyed the rest of his books.
You could also view it as Discworld archaeology ("this is what it looked like while the series was still forming").
All in all, it's not exactly the most suitable material for beginning the series.
