Need to move Notes

Katie thanks..got the contacts moved just by moving the SIM card. All the other apps move okay, BUT I really need to find out how to move all the notes I have in the NOTES app.

My first phone would NEVER stay connected to my Wi-fi and after trying for months decided to just move SIM to other phone.

Any help moving info NOTES app would really solve all my problems, I would hate to have to retype all of them.
