When open the Metadata Editor and edit the title/author with included Ampersand, Sigil written the Ampersand unencoded in the content.opf.

e.g.: open Metadata Editor
as title or author: Laurel & Hardy
OK
Correct Sigil must encoding the & as & but Sigil written in content.opf <dc:title>Laurel & Hardy</dc:title>

When open the Metadata editor again, Sigil deleting the Ampersands with incorrect title/author:
<dc:title>Laurel Hardy</dc:title>
