Kindle Menu should work on a PW-3
Then you would have to 'swipe (down from top)' and 'tap'
Two motions.
OR
If you don't change anything -
'tap' the KUAL active document.
One motion.
OR
If you search a bit, you will find that twobob wrote up how to put the KUAL launcher on the top banner menu.
