Right now in Canada, there's a bunch of Night Shade Books titles from $0.99 to $3.99 CAD (most regularly $7 USD), all couponable.

I don't know what's up with this, since on the US and UK sites, only 3 are below $5, but there's a bunch of those anthologies edited by Ellen Datlow and John Joseph Adams and their Eclipse and Year's Best Science Fition series, as well as novels by Harry Turtledove, Nathalie Mallet, Glen Cook, and others.

Linkage for the lot (about 3 pages' worth) @ Kobo (2 of the Eclipse volumes and one novel by John Shirley are $0.99/$2.99 in the US and UK as well).
