The two ereaders will cost Kobo almost nothing. The cost-price of an ereader would be very small and will be written off as promotional anyway. Also, these are only the HD models, previously they have given away the more expensive H2O models.
The $25 value points, which can only be spent on Kobobooks, is insulting after previously offering $1000 cash.
Yes, I know, we should just be grateful for anything we are offered, but its not like Kobo are bending over backwards to be kind and generous to us. They benefit greatly from us playing the game.
