In the US Gollancz and Hodder & Stoughton are sold by Hachette and Titan Books is sold by Amazon.
We used to be able to use credits for all publishers until they had the Prime Day sale. I got extra credits for use for anything sold by Amazon including physical goods because I complained about it. I recently purchased an ebook by a big publisher on sale and my credits weren't used, so I still can't use them.
