That is good and fine, but do you really suggest that chapter texts were broken with one or more separate "epigraph" documents? What about letters, signs and chapter headers?
Hell, and even "George Martin", "Martin, George RR" and "George R.R. Martin" are three different persons in EPUB metadata format!
