Then either your file is bad, (the source was bad), or you're not doing it right. Can you please tell us exactly how you're sideloading it? Did you connect your iPad to iTunes, via USB, on your computer? And then load the book file to Kindle for iPad, through the Shared Files portion of the app? So, after you open your iPad in iTunes, go to APPS, then FILE SHARING, and then select "Kindle" (under Apps, at the bottom of the same screen), and then drag-drop the AZK file to the "Kindle Documents" section?

Is that what you're doing? On a registered device, via iTunes? Is that right?

All device rendering properly the fixed format. Except amazon fixed format shows overlapping issues in paragraph. How to view this amazon fixed format and find exact issues. Any one can help for us.
What device are you viewing this FXL MOBI on? Exactly? And what's the view window set at? I don't know how on earth you're getting overlapping paragraphs, in a FXL view. Are you trying to view this on one of the desktop readers, perhaps?

Small rant about FXL and Amazon production tools:

Spoiler:
For what it's worth, FXL for MOBI is just a really bad idea, unless you're talking poetry, a Kids' image book, or a certain type of coffee table book. I've now seen a lot of Fixed-layout books (most created either with Kindle Kids' Book Creator or TextBook Creator), because those apps allow people who don't know HOW to make an eBook, make one with a PDF. That's all well and good, but FXL text is NOT ZOOMABLE. A text-heavy page should never be FXL.

I've posted about this on the KDP forums several times; using KTC or KKBC is not a replacement for knowing how to make an eBook correctly. Doesn't mean that this is what you did; this is just an observation about a topic that is REALLY bugging me.
