One caveat--Kobo kePubs in the default Kobo reader only show page numbers by "screen turns" for a chapter at a time--not for the whole book. For example if chapter 5 consists of 25 "screen turns" and your reader is set to show progress for the current chapter by page number it will show "Page xx of 25". But if you set it to show progress for the entire book by page turn it reverts back to the Adobe ePub page numbering system--where it can stay on the same page # for a few different screens.
