Aha. I think you solved a mystery for me. I "bought" a freebie cookbook last week, and subsequently got an e-mail telling me it was out of stock; tried it again with the same result and then gave up and got it at Amazon instead. I haven't checked, but now I bet that cookbook was in my BN account already.
