Even though I keep buying ebooks from B&N, the quality of their website just gets worse and worse. Now, if you can ever log in, add the ebook to your cart and get to the cart (sometime I have to try a dozen or more times) they don't even tell you that you're trying to buy an ebook you've already purchased there, they just cancel the order and tell you the ebook is out of stock.
