I am sure that many in the geographically small countries who have not experienced them have no idea how long some of the trains can be in the likes of the USA and Australia. Trains here are typically a mile or more. In this town, they go through at about 65 mph.
About 22 miles from here they go around a bend at about 10 mph. And in another town, it is about walking speed.
