I think that this question belongs here. I have a new Kobo Glo HD that connects to the Kobo site without problem and will download ebooks but Calibre (the latest version) doesn't detect its presence. I can convert DRM-free books but can't copy them to the Kobo. I've tried it with Windows 7 and Windows 10 with the same result. It may be a problem with the Kobo but nobody else seems to come across it. Any ideas? Is it the device or have I missed something?
