Advantages of the Fire 7 over the Fire 6 are the price, and that the new Fire has been rooted, whereas the Fire 6 has not, as far as I'm aware. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. The advantages of the Fire 6 over the Fire 7 have been mentioned.
