Let's see.... to the best of my knowledge...you would be the chef - figuring out the dish and exactly how to prepare and plate it (among other organizational things) and then the individual cooks would execute their part of the dish based on the chef's direction. Culinary cleaning crew both preps the ingredients and cleans up the kitchen area - but different from a dishwasher.
