I have a Kobo Aura among my many ereaders and I do agree with what you're saying about the screen. When I put it beside my other ereaders, even the Kobo Glo looks better, and the Voyage is a world better. But that's only when comparing. When actually reading I find the Aura feels just right and the screen seems just fine. it's not my favorite but it's certainly not my least favorite for reading. And it's easily the most comfortable device to hold while reading.
