Automatic date of modification after saving EPUB file in Sigil

Sorry if this question has been asked before but I searched for it and didn't find an answer.

After saving EPUB file in Sigil, it adds two lines in content.opf file.
Code:
<dc:identifier opf:scheme="UUID">urn:uuid:c03bb51c-4c1d-4452-bed6-ef9ecf9ea1a6</dc:identifier>
<dc:date xmlns:opf="http://www.idpf.org/2007/opf" opf:event="modification">2015-11-20</dc:date>
Is there any way to disable it? Or am I forced to unzip the EPUB, remove 2 lines manually and zip it back to EPUB?

I'm using the 0.9.0 version of Sigil.

***EDIT***
Just found out that both of the lines are added if EPUB contains embedded fonts. If no embedded fonts, only the date of modification line is added.
