I returned mine and it was opened. I had opened it and used it. I had no problems with them refunding the money for the device and the extended warranty. If anybody would have give me issues I wouldn't have taken no for an answer. Their product is not functioning correctly. There is only a 2 week return period. IWaited the 2 weeks in hopes of and update but I will not wait indefinitely and lose out on the return window.
