This is something I've been confused about. Am I right in thinking that if something is epub3 it also has the newer DRM, and that that DRM isn't removable as of now? I'm not interested in paying for books that I can't have control over, and more and more the things I see on kobo say they're epub3 (though at least they do say, which is better than elsewhere).
