edeniz - search for formats:"=PDF", or open the tag browser (ctrl+shift+t), expand Formats and click PDF.

Now select all the books (ctrl+a), and then do a save single format to disk and select PDF. Or you can choose Copy to Library with no delete - that will copy all formats, but then you can go to the other library and removed selected formats (alt+del).

That said, I don't know of any reason to have different formats on separate lines, or in separate libraries.
