One thing I really, really hate is when authors or publishers call something a "box set" when there is in fact no box. If I buy a box set I expect a physical box and it's outright deception not to supply one

So please, all you nice authors out there, don't call something a "box set" if you don't actually give your customers a box, or I'll get all cross and upset, and you wouldn't want that on your conscience, would you?
