Well, since samples are available for free, that's what I changed. I thought about the copyright issue. That's why I actually edited the file. There is only the first chapter in the posted epub SAMPLES. I don't know if you checked that out.
What I posted can also be found available for free by booksellers at different locations. I only left that much due to the chapter/.html file of the book as well as wanting to be sure I didn't change any formatting that anyone who might be able to help would need.

I was sure not to share the whole book.

That is an interesting plug-in. I'm going to install it for future use. Thanks for the reference. That's easier than copying and editing my stuff.
