The $10 Moto E at Best Buy does have a card slot, up to 32gb. It also has added a front-facing camera (which I don't have on my last year's Moto E).

Target has garbage specs for its listing for the Boost Mobile Moto E at three times the price--doesn't even tell you the Android version for the OS!
