Got my email for a refund in full last night, and no request for return. BTW, mine is holding a charge like a new unit. Thank you, KOBO, for the gift.
Wish AMAZON would have been this kind. When my paperwhite battery died, they would not replace it, so I had to buy a new one at full price.
