To move a large number of books (which is what I wanted to do), I used Save Books within Calibre to save all of the ebooks in a single directory so that I could easily drag them into iTunes.
I do miss the functionality of the Calibre/Marvin plugin. This worked fine, though. And I can see how to do it easily when I have a set of new books to bring over.
