Hi guys.
I have had the kobo charging for 2 days solid and it doesn't help, have also factory reset and soft reset a few times but no joy.
I contacted support about returning it but as it was a gift and the receipt has been lost they won't accept it back, even though they have said it probably needs replacing.

I was hoping there was something I could do myself to fix it.
