I don't see why you should be allowed to.
The whole point is that moderation activity should not be drawn in.
By default, users should not be able to examine the editing logs.
If someone quoted you -- well, you still said it, yes?
There is NO WAY to respond to that other than via moderator intervention.
IF what you said was private and should be deleted, a moderator can do that for you.
If not, what are you complaining about?
