I have about 1000 ebooks (using Calibre). I just spent a lot of time cleaning them all up--tags, titles, descriptions, etc. I embedded the metadata in the epub files.

I'd like to clear Marvin and add all of the books fresh so that the Marvin copies on my iPad all have all the metadata I spent so long cleaning up.

So, what is the best method? I've let my books on the iPad get out of sync with Calibre once the plugin didn't work anymore--but since it doesn't appear that is fixed, I need to figure out the best/fastest/easiest way to move a large quantity of books.

What have people found works the best?
