Does anyone know if there is a plugin required or if there is support for this device? Thanks.

BT-105 is not the newest version. BT-106 is (with pedals, it's called the DUO). If you like a smaller pedal, get the AirTurn PED.
You will not need a plugin to turn pages in Calibre: the AirTurn controllers emulate a bluetooth keyboard. You can set it into different modes, emulating the up/down, left/right, pgup/pgdwn keys.
I have just finished building such a system, using a stick computer (which came with Windows 10), a 40 inch TV wall-mounted above my Nord C2D organ, an AirTurn PED controller to turn pages, and a Tronsmart Airmouse/keyboard combo to control the computer.
The only difference is that I don't use Calibre; I just use PDF's stored in the Documents folder, and display them using SumatraPDF. I configured the program to start full screen, pages side-by-side, and locked the configuration file by making it read-only.
As Calibre's viewer reacts to the left/right, up/down and pgup/pgdwn keys (each in different ways), you can configure the controller to work with it as well.
