Since it's using MTP instead of USB mass storage I'm not sure ADE will see it. A person will have to download their books using ADE, registered to the same Adobe ID as the Nook, and then manually transfer them over (or have Calibre do it). As long as the Nook and ADE are activated to the same Adobe ID the books should work without using ADE for the actual transfer.
