Hello. I'm Belladonna, I work as a home care nurse and next year I'll be going back to college to study a Bachelor of Arts. I haven't chosen my major stream yet -- I want to do them all!

I was an avid bookworm all through school, but once I finished high school I lapsed completely, picking up a variety of other hobbies instead. There have been periods every couple of years in which I've purchased mountains of books with the intention of reading them, but that pile only ever grows.

This year, with the purchase of my Kindle, I've actually started to read again! I've kept up with comic book releases almost religiously, but I hadn't realised just how much I'd missed reading novels it until I picked the hobby back up. The last book that I read was Andy Weir's The Martian, and now I'm reading JRR Tolkien's The Fellowship Of The Ring.

I know -- any self-respecting nerd (and my Warhammer 40,000 armies leave no doubts about that) should have read the books already. For shame!

I'm looking forward to talking all thinks fantasy and science fiction while I'm here. I hope I've introduced myself sufficiently. Now, back to the Council of Elrond ...
