I'm not sure that anyone anywhere ever got a broken screen repaired by a ereader company. Some people have been able to find replacement screens online and installed them themselves on some ereaders. I'm not sure if this is possible with the Inkpad. Maybe you can ask PocketBook if they would be willing to sell you a replacement screen that you will install yourself, if you're willing to try it. I don't really know if the Inkpad is easily serviceable, though; it doesn't look easy to take apart.
