To put it bluntly: I do not criticize the default prefix
Chapter- but their immutability. And the numbering that
can't start (as default) with 01 or 001 or whatever. So I had to help myself with
Chapter-01_Image-1 to
Chapter-01_Image-5 and
Chapter-02_Image-1 ... etc.
Even roman numbers I, II, III, IV for old books (like my example from Mark Twain). I admit, may be this idea doesn't make really mind!?

Situation-specific or not, for a non-English one everything in English is wrong.
And what about Bulk rename ... of pictures? We write Image-01 etc.
Answer to your question:
Very often!
Although Calibre's been a damn fine software, there's still something to do!?
Sometimes a thread starts (with a more or less definite opinion) and turns out in the course due to the meaning of others that own attitude was somehow wrong and needed to be revised.
Doing a good job always means a solid understanding of the matter and usable tools.
This maxim applies also for dealing with calibre.
There is also a difference whether there are a few dozen books to edit or some thousands - in the latter case one is willing more to invest (sweat).
And then we come to things like concepts. As a typical German (in this case) I do rarely something without a plan or concept. Commenting on what I mean here would be beyond the scope of this thread (will be dealt with in
chaot's edit concepts (continuous thread).

That gave me reason for thinking. Before my claim was to put the File Browser entries in English, with lowercase letters for a professional look. BINGO, I admit that was wrong.
Since my edits made so far concern only a few books the upcoming changes is not too much hassle. The entries in the File Browser of my German, English and Spanish books are now will be set language-specific and start with capital letters.
