I am still buying from Amazon, but its low value items and mainly cheap ebooks, I am keeping a spreadsheet now and of the 29 paid orders since our letter (not including free ebooks) we have spent £90. I've ever returned any ebooks or Audible audiobooks.

And talking on limits, Audible may offer an unlimited returns policy if you don't like the book (which I don't actually agree with btw) but its only two online you can return yourself, after that you have to go through Customer Services. So they are capable of setting limits and letting the customers know what those limits aere.
