Greetings

Hi everyone,
I bought a Sony PRS500 about a year ago and it was my almost constant companion. Being in Australia where they are not officially on sale I was unable to purchase books from the Sony store and so had to make do with various free book sources, such as Gutenberg and Manybooks.net and some other places. I've also scanned and OCR'd a few books into it as well.

Recently the PRS500 suffered irreversible screen damage, due to an accidental collision with something in my briefcase and so I immediately got onto ebay and ordered a PRS505 which arrived last week. The transfer of about 160 books was very easily accomplished, it even kept the place in the books I was currently reading.
I was very happy to stumble on this site somewhere in that time. It was actually when I was looking for an ebook of Hakim Bey's "Temporary Autonomous Zones", which I'd got onto after reading Camille de Todelo's "Coming of Age at the End of History", prompted by listening to his interview on Bookworm at KCRW.

I hope to be able to upload a few things here once I've worked out how to do so at an appropriate level of legality and design.

All, the best,

forcheville
