The show was rather disappointing, I just watched it now. The segment about Amazon is around 40 minutes in, and it really offers nothing than Amazon closes some accounts and stands by that decision. They made it sound like one person who had his account closed was due to one refund requested for a mattress set that got lost in shipment and never arrived, but never mentioned if there were any previous high number of returns. In another case it was for returning damaged DVDs, and the guy's brother had his account also closed because he lived with him.

Not very insightful or helpful at all as to how Amazon comes to the decision and if there is ever a way to argue your case with them. Save your time and don't bother going out of your way to watch this.
