That looks like a TOC page.
Does it just replicate (same stuff, in plain text) the NCX entries?

If it is a separate file it may be easy... Replace it.
Not Separate, first split it off using the 'split here' feature in preview
Then delete that part.

Now regenerate:

Tools: Table of contents: Insert Inline Table of Contents

Move your new TOC file (up<>down) to where you want it in the file list

If the inline TOC has visual style: S&R (your original question)
