I had a Kobo Glo and updated to the new version (3.18.0). Yesterday, my glo froze up completely on a sleep screen with a cover book when i want to wake up it.
I tried basic reset, paper clip reset, factory reset with hold light button and slide power. With factory rest, i got the red light, and then the LED flashing for a couple of minutes, but at the end of it, my Kobo Glo was still frozen on the same ebook cover.
I also tried connect device to desktop. I see light change green and blue, but don't display connect screen (still display sleeping screen with ebook cover). Then i tried touch random on right side of the screen, wow, my kobo connected with desktop, because i touched connect button on screen randomly.
I also testing light button, power button,they are working normally. So i don't know how i can clear the sleeping mode? Please help me since i don't have any more idea for this situation
