Audible's (unhelpful) response regarding Listening Rewards Month

So I wrote to Audible and asked if and when the Rewards Month offer was going to start here (mentioning that it had already started in the UK). This was their oh so informative response.

Not wanting to be snarky, I still have to say that he failed to "definitely help you in this."

Is it true that if you spend 4 credits all at once, you get a $10 coupon even if there isn't a promotion going on? Because I saved 4 credits and already have the books picked out.
