It looks like openmediavault-nginx does not recognise PHP-code.
But according to the "documentation" it should (php-fpm).
Strange. Do you have to enable PHP (and sqlite) somewhere in nginx or openmediavault (like on a synology)?
Maybe you could try to reinstall the nginx plugin?
